Broadcast Traffic Manager - Full Time

Reno Media Group is in search of the right candidate to be part of our traffic department as a Broadcast Traffic Manager. Our Traffic Managers work in a positive team environment managing the daily scheduling of on-air radio commercials; reconciling commercial logs; sales order input, including changes and cancellations; assigning production copy to commercial spots; managing commercial inventory and communicating with sales managers in "sold out" situations. This department also works with the Business Manager to help with invoicing and other accounts receivable related issues.

Board Operators / Event Support – Part Time

Applicants must have flexible schedules, including weekends and overnights, and have basic knowledge of radio broadcast equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring the radio stations during live broadcast remotes, syndicated programming and San Francisco 49er/Giants games, as well as helping to set up for remotes and station events. Training will be provided for this entry-level position.

We are looking for someone to work with our Chief Engineer in our IT & engineering department. Experience needed: Windows 7, Windows Networking, Server 2008 and Microsoft Exchange 2010. You will also gain experience in broadcast engineering.

Event Coordinator Internship – Non Paid

If you are interesting in marketing and promotions, this would be a great internship for you. You will work directly with our sales department in coordinating various events throughout the year. You will assist in the planning process including, but not limited to, applying for permits, collecting tax forms from clients, booth setup requirements, promotional advertising, and collateral development (packages, signage, flyers, etc.).

Account Executive

Reno Media Group is currently hiring for Account Executives that are hardworking, fearless and creative. Knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, excellent oral and written communication skills and a positive attitude are required. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential as we will train you. It is essential that you are outgoing, know how to listen and are teachable. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Training includes software and practical in office and on the street experience. Continuing education in the growing broadcast media field is ongoing and personalized.
